- Resources (mass media, internet, company database, direct search, personal contacts, head hunting)
- Short listing of candidates, review of CVs, and telephone interviews
- Detailed selection – interview with candidates (detailed analysis of previous work experience), testing to determine his professional skills and knowledge, and review of references
- Transfer to Customer the detailed CV and photos of 3-5 most eligible candidates, which adhere to the requirements, set in the application
- Arranging candidate interview with the Customer, selection of the best candidate by the Company
- Proceeding of the Employee to the work
